STUDYNG TERMS

 

BASIC STUDIES

 

Basic studies last four schoolyears. The first year can be enrolled by applicants with high school education lasting four years. The entrance examination is taken from the Serbian language and History. After all the examinations, students attain title of B.A.

 

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

 

These studies are organised in the following scientific domains:

  • Industrial Ownership Law and Ownership Law

  • Criminal Law

  • Civic Law

  • Economy Law

  • Labour Law

  • Social and Economic Sciences

  • History of Law

  • Theory and Sociology of Law

  • Politics and Management

  • International Law

  • Family Law

M.Sc. studies last one year and are organised upon the decision of the Faculty Councul. In order to attain this title, a student should pass an oral examination and defend the M.Sc. Paper.

There is no entrance examination for M.A. studies except in the case of students from other faculties or this faculty with the average mark on basic studies bellow 8.00. Title of M.A. is attained after two years of attending classes, two seminar papers, oral M.A. examination and defending M.A. thesis.

Ph.D. studies last three years and consist of classes, defending seminar papers, scientific and research practice and oral Ph.D. examination. The first year of Ph.D. studes can be enrolled by those holdong B.A. in Law studies.
